Today is going to be a challenge with food. I stuck to my points yesterday, but only managed to save .5. Although I did walk about 9 kms yesterday so that has to count for something :D. I will have to update my totals.

hi i havent been on in heaps will have to catch up on everything im still plodding along weights coming off slowly didnt wiegh in this week due to moving the daughter out was just so busy.....i had lost 23.4 kg as of last week though.....goodluck with your weight loss at least your back at it so dont beat yourself up ok hope married life is great cheers karina x

ReplyDeleteMarried life is good. No different really to non married life *laughs*. Can't believe I've been married almost 5 months (longer than Britney Spears - which was such a challenge beating 24 hours).
