This morning - 68.6kg. Offically healthy weight range again! YAY!... although I'm sure it wont stay that low as I didn't eat dinner last night (I just wasn't hungry *sigh*). I'm trying to eat only when I'm hungry at the moment (not because I'm bored etc). It makes things very interesting!

Anyhow, good to see the scales decreasing!!!

  1. hi there sorry have still had no time to get on here congrats on the healthy weight range yay....im still around the same weight now for around 3 months.....still exercising and eating healthy though its like im on maintenance lol think im ready to shift the rest now im focused and ready to drop the rest .....race ya lol....good luck with your journey your doing great cheers karina
